Generating AI Images in Elementor with Spexo AI
AI Image Generation helps you create original images directly inside Elementor using simple text.
You do not need any external design tools or graphic skills.
Just describe the image in words, and Spexo AI will generate it for you.

Where You Can Find Spexo AI Image Generation #
You can access AI Image Generation while editing any page with Elementor.
- Open your page in the Elementor Editor
- Select an Image widget
- Click on the image selection area
- Click Generate Image with Spexo
This button appears only when AI Image Generation is enabled from:
Spexo Addons → Settings → AI Settings → Tools & Workflow → AI Image Generation Button
How to Generate an AI Image #
After clicking Generate Image with Spexo, a popup will open.
Here you can control how your image looks.
- Write a text description of the image you want
- Select an image model (Pro)
- Select image size (Pro)
- Select image quality (Standard or HD – Pro)
Once generated:
- The image is saved in your Media Library
- The image is automatically added to the Image widget
AI Image Settings: Free vs Pro #
Some image options are available only in the Pro version.

Behind the scenes, Spexo handles everything for you.
- Your text description is sent to OpenAI’s DALL·E model
- The AI creates an image based on your prompt
- The image is imported into your Media Library
- The image is placed into your Elementor widget automatically

Tips to Create Better AI Images #
Good prompts create better images.
Try to describe what you want as clearly as possible.
- Mention colors, style, and mood
- Describe the environment or background
- Avoid very short prompts
- Mention orientation if using Pro image sizes

Fix Common Image Generation Issues #
If AI Image Generation is not working, check the following:
- Your OpenAI API key is added and valid
- Your OpenAI account has at least $5 balance
- Model access may take up to 15 minutes after account verification
- Try a simpler prompt
- Check daily token usage in Usage Statistics
