How to Use Post Excerpt #

The Post Excerpt is a summary or preview of your post content. It allows you to customize your Single Post page by displaying a brief excerpt of your post content instead of the entire content.

How to Activate Post Excerpt #

To use this Spexo Addons element, find the ‘Post Excerpt’ element using the Search option under the ‘ELEMENTS’ tab. Simply drag and drop the ‘Post Excerpt’ element into the ‘Drag widget here’ area or the ‘+’ section.

After you are successfully done with this step, this is how the element is going to look like.

How to Configure the Content Settings #

To configure the content of your Post Excerpt, simply click on the ‘Content’ tab.

Content #

From here, you can set post excerpt display word limit.

How to Style Post Excerpt #

To customize Post Excerpt, click on the ‘Style’ tab, and you will find ‘Excerpt Style’ option here.

Excerpt Style #

From here, you can change alignment of your post excerpt with supported all devices. Morever, you can set color and  typography.
