How to Create Global Templates in Spexo Addons #

With Spexo Addons, creating reusable design blocks has never been easier. The Global Template feature lets you design a section once and use it anywhere across your website — saving you time and ensuring visual consistency.

To begin, go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Spexo Addons → Site Builder.

In the Site Builder interface, click the Global Templates tab.

Click the purple Create Global Template button.

From the popup that appears:

• Enter a name for your Global Template (e.g., “FAQ Section”).
• Click the Create Template button.

This will launch the visual editor where you can begin designing.

Pick any element from the Side Panel and drop it inside the editor interface. You can either use the search bar to directly type in the element you need or use the scroll bar to navigate through the Elements panel.

Once you are happy with your template, click the Publish button.

That’s it! Your Global Template is now ready to be reused anywhere on your website.

How to Use Global Templates #

There are two ways to use Global Templates in Spexo Addons:
You can either insert them directly using the Global Templates widget or embed them inside other Spexo Addons widgets via the Template option.

Method 1: Using the Global Templates Element #

Open the WordPress page or post where you want to insert a Global Template using the Elementor editor.

In the Elementor sidebar, go to the Elements tab. Use the search bar to find the Global Templates widget. Drag and drop it into the section where you want the template to appear.

In the widget settings, open the Select Template dropdown and choose your desired Global Template. It will instantly load in that spot.

Finally, click Update or Publish to save your changes.

Method 2: Using Template Option in Other Widgets #

You can also use Global Templates within the following Spexo Addons widgets:

• Advanced Accordion
• Advanced Slider
• Content Toggle
• Countdown
• Off-Canvas

To display a Global Template in any of these widgets:

• First, set the Content Type to Elementor Template (if the Select Template option is not visible)
• Then, use the Select Template dropdown to choose your desired Global Template

Your selected template will appear inside the widget exactly as designed.
