Popup Display Conditions and Targeting in Spexo Builder
This guide explains how to control popup visibility using display conditions and targeting in Popup Builder for Elementor. You can decide where your popup appears and who should see it.
These settings help you show popups on the right pages and to the right users. This improves engagement and avoids interrupting users unnecessarily.
What are Popup Display Conditions #
Display conditions define where your popup appears on your website. You can show popups across the entire site or limit them to specific pages, posts, or sections.
Proper configuration ensures your popup reaches the right audience at the right time. It also improves the overall user experience.
Important: Display conditions must be configured after creating a popup template. If no condition is set, the popup will not appear on the frontend.
How Popup Display Conditions Work #
You define inclusion rules to select where the popup should appear. You can also add exclusion rules to hide the popup from specific locations.
The system checks these rules before displaying the popup. This ensures accurate targeting based on your setup.
How to Set Conditions to Display Templates #
You can set display conditions during popup creation. You can also update them later from the Popup Builder panel.
To update conditions later, follow these steps.
Go to Spexo Addons → Popup Builder. Find your popup layout. Hover on it and click Manage Conditions.
Now define the conditions based on your requirement.
Use the Display On option to choose where your popup should appear. You can select the entire site or specific targets.
